Job Title: Business Systems Support

Responsible to: Manager of IT & Systems Development


Purpose

To support further development of the business systems capability. To strive for the highest level of user satisfaction through continuous improvement, and the provision of end user support. To deliver value add services across the business, delivering best practice use of systems platforms leading to efficient internal processes


Responsibilities


• First line support for users via the business IT helpdesk

• Supporting the daily operation of the existing IT business systems

• Administration of the servers

• Installation of new IT equipment (laptops, phones etc.)

• Support the designing, and deployment of business solutions across the company

• Create guidance and process documentation as required.

• Creating SQL queries & views

• Promote Best Practice of the Office 365 suite

• Working experience of SQL database development

• Working experience in Microsoft 365 environments

• Working knowledge of Salesforce

• A working knowledge of Cloud first technologies

• Good numeric and literacy skills
• Good presentation & research skills
• Good verbal and listening communication skills for effective communication with the members of staff at all levels.
• Absolute fluency in English

• Personable, enthusiastic and approachable
• Flexibility in duties
• Willing & able to travel for work purposes, occasionally over weekends
