We want someone who has a passion for recruitment and sales, who wants to develop and learn the skills to become a successful consultant in the future.

Duties will include:

* Cold calling potential clients to pick up new business
* Liaising with clients over phone about job requirements
* Meeting with clients
* Sourcing candidates using job boards, advertisements and head hunting techniques
* Up selling jobs to candidates
* Meeting with candidates
* General recruitment administration for the team

-Full training will be given

The ideal candidate could be a business graduate with sales experience to someone who has already worked in recruitment but is looking for a company that can support their progression.

Personality wise you will be confident, have excellent communication skills and not be afraid to pick up the phone! You will be articulate, well presented and relish working in a targeted environment.
