Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Telesales Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading independent supplier of food products.
As a Telesales Account Manager you will be responsible for re-establishing dormant accounts and developing regular spending from existing and new clients.
Working for a family owned business who pride themselves on excellent service, with the ability to offer solutions to all clients within their education client base.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships which in turn will help you develop new business leads.
• Manage a customer portfolio ensuring fuel card use is maximised at all times.
• Deal with new customer enquiries that present themselves
• Ensure the timely and accurate input of all sales related data onto internal systems
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience within telesales or phone based account manager role
• Ability to build relationships
• Clear and effective communicator
• Strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to build rapport with existing and potential new clients
• Resilience to set-backs with the drive to achieve results
This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week. Our client can be flexible on how the 20 hours is worked. The Telesales Account Manager role is offered on a Temp2Perm basis. Pay is £8.50 paid weekly, a week in arrears.
