Office Admin Manager

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Remuneration: £23,500 per annum, paid monthly by bank transfer

Holiday: 20 days per annum, plus all public holidays

(increases 1 day per year of service to maximum 25 days)

Pension: Autoenrollment into the company pension scheme

Location: Knockholt, near Sevenoaks

An opportunity exists for an office manager (full-time) to join a small, yet busy tree surgery and arboricultural consultancy working with domestic and commercial clients, including the National Trust, FM Conway and Maidstone Borough Council.

You will be responsible for all areas of office management and will ensure:

• answering client calls

• scheduling surveying site visits

• processing client orders

• organising and scheduling works

• liaising with clients and work teams

• managing two part-time office staff

• general office duties

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• 3 years office management experience

• is an effective communicator

• well organised

• a good phone manner

• competence in Microsoft Office

• familiarity with Xero or another cloud-based accountancy software
