My client is a well-established manufacturer located on the outskirts of Dartford, they are looking for an exceptional person to work alongside the Facilities, Health & Safety and Maintenance departments. This is a busy, varied role that will involve maintaining the building, plant and equipment.
Your previous experience will involve working in Hard Service Facilities or Building Services Maintenance ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will also hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and/or a Level 2 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
You will be an enthusiastic team player, self-driven, determined and be willing to go the extra mile. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
The role will include conducting PPM's, monitoring the fire systems, undertaking electrical and mechanical fault diagnostics and general site maintenance including plumbing, carpentry and maintenance.
