A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Administrator to join my clients office in Kings Hill.
The role of training administrator will be responsible for supporting the training manager with the day to day running of the department:
Main responsibilities include:
Supporting the creation of training materials
Carrying out performance reviews, listening to calls and checking e-mails
Updating profiles and keeping records up to date
Contributing new ideas for the department to move forward
Designing and implementing feedback surveys to improve future training
We are looking for candidates from a customer service background, ideally with some knowledge of training and development.
You will also need to have the following:
Excellent Word and Excel skills
Quick and accurate data entry
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised.
