Temporary Secretary - 3 Months

We have a new vacancy just in for a Temporary Secretary based in Ramsgate, Kent. This is a Temporary role initially for 3 months, however this could be extended. You will be working for a large employer with offices throughout the UK, however you will be joining a small and friendly team.

Your duties will include:

* Attending management meetings
* Taking minutes and typing up notes
* Supporting the team with Administration
* Ordering stationary
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Adhoc duties such as filing, post and answering calls

To be considered for this role you must have experience taking minutes of meetings as this is an essential part of the role. This is also a temporary role starting immediately so you must be available to start this week.
