Your new role

You will be a Customer Experience Officer working on a 12 Month contract within this company. The purpose of this role will be to ensure their customers enjoy exceptional tailored services and choice by leading projects to enable us them learn, improve and change.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be joining at a very busy time, so previous experience and knowledge of Customer Experience will be essential. Experience of planning and delivering projects is also required.
