Barker Munro recruitment are working with this expanding insurance business who due to the workloads, now require a HR Administrator for their Kent office.
The business is a growing concern, with an expanding staff base and who have grand plans for the business over the coming years.
You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide a solid administrative support to the HR unit and the business in general, operating as an integral member of the central support team. As HR Administrator, you will be involved in general day to day employment issues such as issuing employment related documentation, employment offers, employment contracts and letters whilst also being involved in the candidate pre-screening process. You will be involved in a number of other HR functions including the recruitment process and working with external agencies to release job vacancies and working with them to coordinate interviews. As the HR Administrator, you will also book meetings, prepare meeting minutes, issue training and recruitment packs and undertake other ad hoc administration duties as required by the department.
To be considered for this exciting HR administrator role, you will be able to demonstrate experience within a similar HR role or a desire to move into HR having already worked in an office administration role. Solid working knowledge of all MS Products is also essential and the ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders is a key attribute whilst being a professional team player.
