An exciting new position has become available for a Service Coordinator to join a successful client based in the Sevenoaks area.
* Scheduling of engineers work & following up to ensure all jobs are booked via CRM system
* To prepare formal quotations for the service related works, for annual contract renewals and to ensure conversion to order via chasing
* Liaising with the Service Manager, Stores Controller, Service Development Co-ordinator and accounts department
* To meet office targets as set by the directors
* To provide management reports as required
* To assist with answering the office telephones as required
* Sending out of RAMS and health and safety information required for jobs
* To undertake any other reasonable management request
* Experienced Service professionals within Engineering/Manufacturing industry would be advantegous
* The individual should display attention to detail and be keen to grow with the company, with a passion to learn and develop
* This is a telephone focused role therefore strong customer service skills are required
* Strong communicator both verbal & email
* Proven attention to detail
* Prepared to take ownership and get fully involved!
