Role Purpose:
To ensure material is received and issued accurately.
Role Requirements
To work as part of a busy team within goods inwards department
Responsible for removing pallets from the goods inwards vehicles
Match the goods received against the delivery note and report any discrepancies
Relocate the goods to a designated area
All other aspects of a warehouse operative will apply including picking, cleaning etc
Key Skills and Experience
Essential: time management, accuracy, energy and a ‘can do’ attitude, ability to work to KPI targets
Desirable: previous warehouse experience, manual handling experience, stock management experience
Previous experience may include: Order Picker, Warehouse Operative, Goods Out, Retail Assistant, Order Packer, Warehouse Assistant, Distribution Centre Operative
