An exciting new position has become available for a Senior QA Analyst based in Medway.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residual and preventative risk management tools and controls are fit for purpose, monitored effectively and reported on, ensuring correct action plans are in place and closed timely and effectively.

Responsibilities:

* To identify and assist with resolution of issues effectively in order to prevent reoccurrence
* Where required provide training to staff to understand processes and associated risks and controls.
* Review and maintain the overall quality assurance framework, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place and relevant reflecting any changes in processes or new processes.
* Maintain and implement quality control measures and controls to understand where all business risks are identifying how we mitigate the risks or action plans to remove.
* Conduct trend analysis using Operational data (quality results, incidents raised, complaints, training requests and audit outputs) to identify and agree scope for specific quality assurance review.
* Support with Compliance and Business policy regular reviews identifying Operational gaps or implementation issues working with policy owners to ensure content is influenced as appropriate.
* Streamline and review current quality MI reporting and documentation suggesting ways to introduce reporting and quality results control efficiencies.
* Lead a number of formal monthly quality meetings with process owners to discuss quality results.
* Carry out specific quality control testing for UK subsidiaries
* Maintain the company's compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations

Essential requirements:

* Strong experience with process design, quality assurance/control design and system implementation
* Excellent knowledge of servicing processes & controls
* Detailed knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and methodologies
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
