INTERVIEWING NOW - Great Role for the right person
Salary £40-£45K for the role. Mon-Fri. The role will be 75% office based and 25% accompanying engineers/client visits etc.
Our Sevenoaks clients are looking for an experienced manager to supervise 9 engineers in the security industry.
The ideal candidate must be technically astute in intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, fire alarms etc. This is a family owned business with a really nice company culture; keen for the right person who will fit in well with a valued team.
Duties include:
Technical support to engineers, office staff and clients.
Attending site if required to assist with problem jobs.
Creating estimates/specifications – dealing with client follow ups/questions.
Managing stock – issuing & returns/dealing with manufacturers for new or faulty equipment.
Project management for larger installations.
NSI Gold Inspections/Audits/Engineering Auditing.
Good client management.
Engineer recruitment/Interviews.
Assisting with disciplinary.
Health and Safety assistance/organisation of training required by engineers.
Supporting engineering administration team. Working on the company computer system.
Cover for admin/surveying/engineering annual leave/sickness.
Back-up support for call out engineers.
Office building maintenance.
