HR & Compliance Officer - Temp to Perm

I am proud to be exclusively representing a Dartford based employer with their recruit for an HR and Compliance Officer to start immediately on a temp to perm basis.

The successful candidate will benefit from hourly pay during the temp assignment and at point of being offered the permanent role will achieve an annual salary of £25-30k, depending on experience.

The main duties will include;

* Producing welcome packs and ensuring effective inductions for permanent and temporary staff
* Supporting Management with advice on basic HR matters, attending and producing minutes
* Reviewing and maintaining up to date Health and Safety inc. policies, procedures, risk assessments, fire, first aid and training
* Management of company insurance (policy maintenance and claims) and compliance, inc. GDPR
* Being point of contact for contracted facilities and building maintenance

The successful candidate will;

* Have previous experience in working within HR
* Have superb interpersonal skills and quickly become the go-to person for all employee relations
* Be self-motivated, highly organised and enjoy a varied role encompassing a wide range of responsibilities
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Already hold, or be happy to study towards an IOSH qualification (or similar)
