£20-23k DOE
9am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday
Working for a leading provider of curtain and blind systems, the Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders and working closely with the internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused and who has excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
Skills & Experience
* Strong writing skill for emails, internal notes and reports
* Great time management and ability to work to deadlines
* Good numeracy and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (AS400 experience would also be desirable)
* An understanding of the export market would be beneficial (specifically the documentation and regulation)
