Your new company
This company is a leading main contractor in the construction industry, they operate across a range of sectors including; education, health, housing, industrials amongst others. They have a national presence but utilise their regional offices to take advantage of leading, complex and advantageous projects in these areas. Over the next 3 years they have a clear strategy to take their annual turnover from £50 million - £80 million, where project values range from £1 million - £20 million.
After meeting the Commercial Director at this company, there is a clear strategy to develop, motivate and inspire the commercial staff to not be hindered by hierarchy and reach their full potential within the business - whenever that is possible not led by tenure.
