JUNIOR INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR TO £19,600
City based Lloyds Broker is seeking an individual to provide administrative support to their Professional Risks Division.
Responsibilities
*Filing - Broking/Quotes/Spines etc.
*Diary Management.
*Timely preparation and distribution of incoming/outgoing emails.
*Type slips/endorsements/memos and information sheets for all staff when required.
*Arrange and prepare Broking Files within set timescale.
*Redirecting incoming general email enquiries to appropriate individuals.
*Circulate publications as appropriate.
*Deputise and assume the duties of the Divisional Personal Assistant in periods of absence and/or emergency.
*Assist with opening incoming post and allocate to the relevant individuals each morning.
*Liaise with 'Facilities' to ensure there are adequate supplies of paper and general stationary for the department as and when needed.
*Assist with incoming courier deliveries and allocate to the relevant individual/department.
*Update the Quote system ensuring all new enquiries are added as well as completing labels and spines for each enquiry.
The role would suit a school/college leaver with A Levels or equivalent.
