A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a friendly team based within the heart of Sevenoaks, providing administrative support to the Accounts Manager in their day to day business operations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to gain further administrative experience within the trade and commodities sector!
An exciting and varied role where you’ll take on tasks such as:
Liaising with clients.
Creating weekly reports using spreadsheets
Managing import/export documentation
Collating a list of debtors to traders
Sending trust documents to banks.
A perfect role for someone with a good head for figures and experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office.
The position is permanent with flexible working hours with salary is in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 pro rata depending on experience.
