Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our client based in Sandwich.
Our client is a research-based, global pharmaceutical company, which develops and manufactures vaccines and medicines.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for delivery of the strategic work force plan at through targeted recruitment of best-in-class candidates for openings that span multiple levels.
The successful Recruiter will be considered a strategic partner and work closely with leadership and HR teams to ensure that hiring strategy meets business needs and objectives, while proactively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
• Support full-life cycle recruitment needs including sourcing, selection and offer development
• Ensuring that every stage, from the initial staff requisition to final appointment, is carried out in accordance with procedures best practice principles.
• Partner with work force planning team and hiring managers to enhance and implement recruiting best practice.
• Become a credible and trusted talent advisor to PSSM client groups at Pfizer, Sandwich.
• Develop recruiting and promotional materials to support the site needs.
• Create and maintain a repository for key sources of high quality talent within the UK and, where required, across Europe.
• Creatively source active and passive high quality talent; develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment
• Partner with training and learning team and hiring managers to define and implement onboarding best practice.
Qualifications
• BS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience required
• Prior HR experience required, preferably in a direct recruiter role or an external recruitment capacity
• Must have experience using an ATS, Workday preferred
• Prior recruitment experience supporting Research and Development preferred
This is a 1 year fixed term contract, working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday. This is paying between £30 and £38,000 per annum depending on experience.
