We are looking for an Office Administrator for our client based in Chislehurst within a Care Home
The purpose of the job is to:
Provide general office support to the Manager.
Keep all records, computerised and manual, up to date.
Responsible for all office filing.
To deal with all telephone and personal callers and process accordingly.
Duties will include
- Answering general telephone enquiries and handling politely, efficiently and effectively, ensuring the telephone is covered at all times.
- Contacting staff for rota cover.
- General office; providing accurate typing, data entry, filing.
- Co-ordinating the diary for the Home and Manager.
- Processing and communicating with other departments on personnel records and information - ie. sickness etc
- Managing Payroll
- Managing new staff personnel files
- Booking of contractors and outside agencies as directed
- Maintaining office security
- Maintaining petty cash for main office
- Minute taking of Meetings
This role will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
This position will be Temp-perm for the right candidate
