About the role
This is your chance to play a key background role in helping our customers to develop their futures. After gaining a sound understanding of our structure, including boards, committees and the role of the executive, you will lead on the signing and sealing of various legal documents, provide support on a range of administrative matters for the team and advise on the Group's probity policies.
We'll look to you to build strong relationships with key teams across the organisation to help you undertake your role effectively. You'll also take responsibility for statutory files including minutes, board papers, certificates and various returns.
About the individual
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have an understanding of and interest in compliance and governance work.
* Interest in gaining the ICSA Company Secretary qualification
* You'll come to us with the ability to interpret and apply legislation based documents and experience of taking minutes.
* Your knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook will enable you to present information in a variety of forms to a high standard.
* Your proactive approach and flexible working attitude will ensure you quickly become a valued member of our team.
