Are you looking for an exciting interim position for the next 3 months?
We are looking find the ideal candidate for a semi senior Finance position, working in interesting surroundings for a not-for-profit organisation as an Assistant Financial Controller.
This is a great Financial Controller position, offering the following:
• Immediate start
• Contract for approximately 3 months
• 30 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday – 9am-5pm (long weekends off!)
• Parking provided – must have own vehicle
So, is this for you? As an interim Assistant Financial Controller, you will need to have the following experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a key finance position
• Experience of Management Accounts, Cash Flow Analysis, Forecasting and Budget Preparation
• Basic payroll knowledge is essential – experience within payroll experience is desirable
• Some previous experience of staff/office management would be preferred
• Have a good understanding of statutory legislation with some specialist accounting knowledge
• Some knowledge of Partial VAT schemes, Gift Aid Claims etc would be advantageous
• AAT in Accounting or Payroll or QBE
It would be great if you have experience with the following software packages:
• Sage 50 Accounts
• Sage 50 Payroll
• Microsoft Excel/Word
• Sound IT skills and knowledge
