Our client, a well-established business who provide a high level of reliable and quality service working with the installation and repair of industrial doors, are seeking an Industrial Door Engineer to join their team.

Ideally based in Medway, and covering the South-East of England, the successful candidate will undertake service and repair works but also to cover installation projects on a national basis.

Primarily, the role's focus will be to carry out: mechanical and electrical repairs, modification and installation of all styles of industrial doors including high speed doors plus loading bay equipment - including dock levellers.

If not already competent, training will be provided for the successful candidate to also carry-out surveys for traditional door and loading bay products, plus cladding repairs.

The role involves working at height, with hydraulic & pneumatic equipment.

Working in a team of two - the successful applicant will be based from your home address.

When required, there will be a requirement to cover out of hour's emergency call outs and to stay overnight on planned project work which could be based across national locations.

Working 8.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday, plus a requirement to work additional hours if and when commercial demands require it.
