We are looking to recruit a positive and talented chef that will split their duties between early morning food prep shifts and then take on a sous chef role on other days.
This location seats 60 covers inside with the potential for more dining around the outer edge of the building on bench style seating. The general opening times of this business are 8am-5pm with extended evening food service during the peak season from April until October.
We are looking for a motivated sous chef that can prepare a modern British menu with a strong Brunch focus. The menu will champion local producers and suppliers where possible and will be freshly cooked and excellently presented. Although this is not a fine dining establishment, an excellent quality food offering is essential.
There is a brand new, well equipped kitchen and the successful candidate will work alongside the head chef to manage stock control, ordering, sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and maintaining financial budgets. The sous chef will take over all of the responsibilities of the head chef on their days off.
