Internal Account Manager

West Kent

£22K-£26K OTE £30K-£35K 1st Year



My client based in the Tonbridge area is looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role includes 70% Account Management and 30% New Business with the requirement for occasional visits.



This role comes with a great salary which includes uncapped commission with an OTE of £30K-£35K within the 1st year.



Duties include:

* Ownership of between 60-80 customers
* Achieving regular orders within your accounts whilst pushing the company's core brands
* Maintaining healthy margins for the company
* Updating databases showing which customers have not spent with the company within 3 months to help the sales reps
* Keeping positive, strong and professional relationships with all clients to ensure continuous business
* Providing a certain amount of new business every week/ month
* Keeping up to date on incoming leads and passing these to the correct sales individual



The right candidate will have/be:

* Solid previous internal sales and account management experience
* Strong communication skills
* Willing and confident to pick up the phone
* Able to take ownership of their own work
* The ability to meet deadlines and strict targets every month
* Dynamic, friendly and hard working



This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar role looking to develop further.
