Office Angels are working exclusively with our Medway based client who is looking for a temporary member of staff to join their small Sales Admin team. This is to help manage the workload and take pressure off the existing team.
The role will include:
* Raising PO's
* Processing quotes
* Arranging transport and liaising with courier
* Liaising with suppliers
* Taking phone calls from customers
* Managing all supporting paperwork
You will be given the chance to provide excellent customer care to their valued clients, ensuring that orders are entered onto the system with complete accuracy, and answering their queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
The system used throughout the business is Inspire so experience with this software is essential.
