I am delighted to be working with a small family run business based in Dartford who are looking for an Administrator/ Sales Order Processor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as they launch their new line of products that have already been snapped up by retailers, hotels and restaurants both in the UK and overseas. As this is a new business, they will require the candidate to fully immerse themselves into the role and take on various duties in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.



Duties

* Processing orders from the website
* Responding to customer enquiries by phone or email
* Managing social media platforms to advertise products
* Assisting with packing the orders to be sent to customers
* Attending exhibitions to speak to customers face to face about the items
* Organising and checking invoices



Requirements

* Sales order processing experience is essential
* Excellent social media management skills
* Experience using Xero hugely beneficial
* Excellent attitude and true team player
* Flexible to take on additional responsibilities should they be required
