An exciting new vacancy has become available for a proven Sales professional to join an established client based in Maidstone.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales management experience within the environmental services industry ideally and is keen to manage and grow their team!
Responsibilities:
* Achieving KPI targets for turnover, margin and aged debt management.
* Maintaining and developing sales within Kent/Surrey
* Responsibility for maintaining the current customer base with high focus on business development by introducing new products and services.
* Maintain regular customer contact with the overall purpose of developing the relationship and business
* The general management and progression of a small diverse sales team
Requirements:
* Experience within the Environmental Services/Sewage treatment industry would be advantageous
* Understanding of controls (electrical)
* Experience in running a sales team
* Account Management
* Business Development
Personal characteristics:
* Able to work alone to achieve specified targets
* Likes to work in a business with a strong sales culture.
* To maintain customer relationship, out of hours work / entertaining / travel is anticipated
* Extensive market, product and application knowledge.
* A high degree of commercial business acumen
* Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills
* Self-starter with a proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
