3.5 Tonne Luton Van driver required for a busy kitchen supplier based in Headcorn, Kent.
We are looking for a reliable, well presented driver, with a positive attitude and proven track record in delivering bulky, delicate items in a time sensitive fashion.
Most deliveries are to our on-site fitters, however some home deliveries to retail customers are also required.
The applicant will need to be fit, as the role requires physically loading and unloading the van. The vans have tail lifts and trollies are provided.
A clean driving licence is preferred and an excellent knowledge of UK roadways including central London.
Working hours are 7-4 Monday to Friday, however overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.
Vans must be kept clean and in good mechanical order. All defects must be reported to transport management.
This is not a multi-drop position, but an opportunity to be part of a growing company that values staff and offers genuine career progression.
A three month probationary period must be successfully completed.
