An exciting new vacancy has become available for a Customer Service professional to join a successful client based in Kings Hill.

The purpose of the role is to provide first class service and customer care to direct clients, brokers and cover-holders.

* Be able to handle seasonal high volumes of inbound & make outbound telephone calls from/to direct clients/brokers
* Process all quotes/mid- term adjustments/cancellations/renewals and transfer onto an in-house system & website to a high level of accuracy
* Compliance with all GDPR
* Process card payments & enforce security of clients financial details
* Escalate complex policy wording and rating queries to the in house underwriting team
* Be pro-active to find ways to improve service to clients
* Ensure all SLA's are met through the careful prioritising of work
* Behave in a professional manner at all times and in accordance with the company's policies and standards

Requirements:

* High level of customer/client focus ideally within professional services industry
* Computer literate - intermediate word & excel
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong communicator - written & oral
* Ability to build good rapport with both clients & colleagues
* Self- starter who can complete work independently & without the need for constant supervision
* Adopts a positive approach to all aspects of work
* Keeps up to date with industry regulatory requirements & legislation
