We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer - People Development, to join our growing team, here at OneSavings Bank. OSB is a challenger bank who specialises in specialist lending and retail savings. We've experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to what is now exceeding 600 staff.

The key purpose of the role is to design and build the User Interface (UI) for our suite of E-Learning followed by a wide range of marketing materials to promote People Development content and services.

This role will champion our brand guidelines and play a supporting role with our wider corporate design projects for People Development. The role will collaborate with the Marketing team to create a components library that ensures consistency across all our channels.

As the Graphic Designer - People Development, you would be…

* Participating in collaborative workshops in order to define the contours of your design solution
* Drawing upon existing design standards and pattern libraries as well as expanding on these
* Building and creating the end products in line with design strategy
* Taking ownership of the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to design and monitor engagement

* The salary associated with the role would be based on your relevant experience, with the range being between £31,000 and £34,000
