Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Telesales/Account Manager for our award winning technology provider based in Dartford.
Our client are a family owned business, who have grown year on year and have recently being named in the 100 fastest growing companies list by the Daily Mail Group
Responsibilities:
• To maintain a strong and sustainable relationship across accounts
• To manage all elements of the sales process working with the resellers and operations to resolve satisfactorily any issues.
• Proactive telephone calls & emails out at high frequency.
• Research for customers and new opportunities.
• Advise the customers the best products for their needs including product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
• Work in partnership with external sales and to develop business levels.
• Communicate all relevant sales and business information to assigned customers.
• Meeting and exceeding sales target, maximizing sales within the full product portfolio
• To perform other related duties and assignments as requested
• To engage with customers over the phone
• Gaining a good understanding of range of products and overcoming objections in B2b conversations.
Experience Required (Training, Education & Prior Experience):
• Good communicator with a professional confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to organise and prioritise
• Resilience when working under pressure with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Target conscious and results driven
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week between 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday
