Working in a super team you will speak with and guide clients through the process of setting them up and implementing this unique cloud based product.
This is an account management role, where you will capture and input data, train clients on how to use the system and offer assistance as required.
The right person for the role ideally have worked in a client relationship orientated role, be an excellent communicator, have very strong IT skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
Experience within the lettings industry is advantageous but not essential.
