Our client is a leading research and analytical company based in Maidstone, Kent. The company specialises within the property market. They are looking for a search analyst to conduct property research within the Kent.
Responsibilities
As a Search Analyst you be required to work from the office to survey property and surroundings, then sending reports to management to send to agents. The role will involve you using different programmes and methods in order to provide the most accurate data within the report. Other duties include:
* Working as part of a team to collate research
* Input Data into reports
* Have a knowledge of local conservation areas and councils
Qualifications
The role requires someone with an analytical mind with a previous history of researching. Other skills would be:
* Previous Data Entry Experience
* Previous Research and Analysis experience
* Degree Level preferable but not compulsory
* Be able to work efficiently and quickly
