Access Training is a construction training company that was established in 2004.
We have three centres based around the country (with plans to open two more over the next 12 months) and have trained in excess of 35,000 students since our beginning.
We are currently looking for motivated sales executives to join our growing sales team.
We pride ourselves on working with our clients to ensure excellence in the following areas:
Training
Placements
Recruitment
On going relationships and repeat business
Benefits of Sales Executive position:
Excellent basic salary (£20,000 - £25,000).
Proven 90% of sales staff achieving OTE of £40,000 to £70,000 to include commission and bonuses. (Uncapped)
5 weeks holiday. Plus bank holidays
Great working environment.
Flexible working hours.
No cold calling.
Requirements of Sales Executive for our Edenbridge, Kent centre:
A proven sales back ground (Minimum 2 years) Ideally in a B2C environment.
Excellent telephone manner.
Willing to commit the hours needed to earn an excellent salary.
Happy to work as part of a team in an office environment, whilst also able to work on your own initiative
Able to deliver great customer service.
