Telesales Executive
CCT Worldwide Ltd is a freight forwarding and logistics provider. We have 35 years’ experience operating in this sector. We are currently looking to recruit an internal telesales executive for our Rochester office.
The role is office-based, applicants do not need to have previous freight forwarding experience but they must have business to business sales experience and tele-sales experience.
The successful candidate will be cold calling prospects with a minimum of 150 calls per day selling freight services to clients. Therefore, candidates must be confident, articulate and can demonstrate at interview strong closure abilities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 12 month Telesales / Direct Sales experience in B2B environment.
Preferably some experience selling services within B2B environment, for example recruitment services or selling IT services
Target driven.
Confident and out going.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Methodical approach.
Job Specification:
Business to Business sales. Cold calling and following up on all sales leads generated by the company.
Maintain company CRM system
Report sales progress in agreed format.
Meet sales targets and KPI’s
Salary 24k + bonus and qualifying commission.
OTE first year 35K
Pension
Excellent prospects for career progression.
