We’re looking for a Finance and Operations Assistant to support the effective financial management and operations of our business. You'll work closely with the Finance and Operations Manager.

You’ll be part of a high performing digital agency team working for high profile clients such as the University of Derby, Imperial War Museums and Royal Collection Trust.

You’ll be based in our central Canterbury office. There's free parking at the office.

You'll assist with important finance and operational processes, such as:

- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Processing staff expense receipts accurately, accounting for VAT correctly
- Preparation of BACS payment runs
- Weekly reporting and forecast analysis
- Raising sales invoices and reconciling client support balances and project budgets
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with preparation of year end accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with maintaining the company's ISO accreditations
- Assisting with general operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the agency
- Working with the team.

This is part-time role - working 21 to 25 hours per week. Hours by agreement.

The starting salary for this role will be between £18,000 to £20,000 pro-rata.
