This Quantity Surveyor will need to be competent is delivering full or split projects ranging from £10,000 to over £2m. the main area of business for this client is Commercial Contracts, this Quantity Surveyor will need previous experience Commercial Contracts with a range of experience within the residential sector also.

This client works with high profile clients and continues to flourish, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be able to take packages on and hit the ground running. They are looking for a strong negotiator, someone who has a background in being successful of cutting costs.

This opportunity has come from the sustained growth by the company, it is a new hire for the company who usually uses external companies for their Quantity Surveying needs. For this opportunity, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into the Directors, building a team underneath them as the company grows.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ experience, from Trainee to Assistant to Quantity Surveyor. The package the company provides includes a car, pension and holiday pay. For the right candidate this company will pay up to £50,000 PA.
