An exciting new position has become available for a Senior Operations & Process Training Consultant to join a leading client based in Medway for a 12 month FTC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the development, implementation and maintenance of process and system training material/modules and plans that are required to support the teams.
Responsibilities:
* Provide monthly MI reporting; meet operational requirements and regulatory governance including quality, achieved KPIs and delegate attendance for all delivered operational and coaching training
* Maintenance and reporting of robust suite of Group training records to evidence compliance with legal, regulatory and customer services standards, demonstrate competence of knowledge transfer, training effectiveness and engagement and delegate attendance and cancellations
* Provide timely and accurate Management Information and reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness and position of training delivery and effectiveness across operations.
* Conduct training gap and needs analysis; leading training initiatives to drive efficiency in operational workflow, and effectiveness of systems with commitment to legal, regulatory and contractual compliance.
* Support with the development and implementation of a robust training schedule which delivers operational requirements aligned to group polices and operating standards, improves customer experience and ensures 'in role' regulatory governance.
* Provide coaching to training team on standard training delivery and assessments
* Mapping all relevant processes and procedures in a consistent format to enable effective measurement and reporting of effectiveness and efficiency and customer service standards.
* Develop and review the design and content of operational training for internal technical, system product and process skills and development.
* Develop and Deliver approved role specific Operations Induction Programme for new joiners and existing staff to ensure competency achieved in line with Group Probationary and Performance Management frameworks.
* Support in the delivery of the training work stream supporting approved project programmes, key system transformations and migrations programmes.
* Engage and represent the operations teams partnering with the project and change teams to identify areas where new or revised training requirements are required ensuring training material is kept up to date and accurate.
* Manage and monitor training delivery against agreed schedule and report on progress through People Development reporting mechanism
* Learning delivery to meet People Development Quality measures and Learning Satisfaction Evaluation KPIs
* Maintain the company's compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations.
Requirements:
* Experience in the design and delivery of effective solutions relating to technical, system, product and process related training within a regulated financial services environment is essential.
* 12 months previous experience undertaking training or coaching role directly relating to either/both Mortgage and Savings products is essential.
* Travel will be expected to other offices therefore flexibility is required
