HRGO are currently recruiting for an Assembly and Inspection Operative for our client based in Whitstable.



About the job:

As an assembly and inspection operative you would play a crucial role in the assembly line ensuring that you work as part of the team to deliver the final product. As you daily tasks will evolve around assembling small components you must be highly dexterous to ensure that your work is completed to the highest level of accuracy. Furthermore, you will be given detailed and strict instructions to follow to ensure you daily tasks as a team are successfully completed. In addition, you will be expected to inspect your own work therefore you will need an outstanding ability to focus and an excellent eye for detail to ensure that your work is up to the highest standard.



What skills and experience you should have?

A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:

* Highly dexterous
* Able to focus for a long period of time
* Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions
* Excellent eye for detail
* Outstanding team player
* Flexible and nimble fingers
* Ideally come from a manufacturing background
* Ability to follow detailed instruction

The role of assembly and inspection operative offers a great rate of pay of £8.30 per hour.

More importantly this role offers great working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 -16:30 and Friday 8:00 -13:30. Even though it is a temporary role there is potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
