Team Manager - International Verification team

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5

Salary: Up to £33,000



We are looking for a strong and proactive Team Manager to lead and line manage a team of verification officers to join our clients customer services division in Kings hill

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships with substantial experience in direct line management and the ability to manage multiple work streams, juggling priorities to ensure the work gets done in the most efficient and timely way. You will be responsible for signing off high risk cases and act as a point of contact for complex and escalated cases so must have specialist knowledge of anti-money laundering regulation, Counter Terrorist Financing controls and an understanding of UK and global not for profit sector and cross border giving.

You will be confident in delivering formative and motivational feedback as well as addressing performance issues and working in a high pressured environment.

You will require strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from division-wide meetings, to senior management and key stakeholders.
