Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

My client, a globally recognised specialist in manufacturing is seeking a driven candidate with a passion for electrical engineering to join their team. Supported by 11 other Technical specialists across the branch network, you will be supporting new and existing customers with queries relating to machine parts and software.

Duties will include

* Answering customer technical queries via webchat, email and phone
* Responding to all requests within 24 hours and sourcing best resolution for each customer
* Liaising with product specialist to advise customers on best parts or products for their projects
* Highlight additional products to clients which may be beneficial
* Communicating with a high level of professionalism at all times

Skills needed for this role

* Passion for electrical engineering- perhaps you are a graduate who wants to put their degree to use in an office-based role, maybe you have studied a HND or maybe you are the type of person who just loves to know how things work!
* Ability to give excellent customer service via phone and email
* Ambitious and seeking an opportunity to progress within a company
