My client is a Tonbridge based SME, looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team.
Details of the role will include:
- Team management of a team of 3
- Preparation of monthly management accounting packs
- Accurate and timely financial reporting to support senior team decision making
- VAT and tax
- Cash flow forecasting and reporting
- Challenge and influence the operational teams on their costs and performance
- Key driver of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Developing of KPI reporting process
- Drive consistent process improvement across the finance function
- Ownership of the financial control environment and its processes
Applications are sought from ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified candidates, with team management experience
and a proven track record of process improvement. You`ll possess strong Excel skills, with good technical accounting abilities but who enjoys the commercial involvement of working right across a business.
