Based in Rochester
£17,000 Per Annum Basic Salary (Up To £25,000 Per Annum OTE)
We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join an expanding team of telesales staff based in Rochester, selling services and products within the property industry.
Joining a highly reputable firm with offices across the South East, applicants will ideally be naturally confident, keen to learn and have a passion for helping others.
During the first three months of employment, full training will be provided alongside guaranteed earnings of £17,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Working five days per week, including weekends, you will work three Saturdays out of four and one Sunday out of four. The early shift starts at 8:20am and the late shift finishes at 7pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, providing advice and guidance on property related matters.
• Provide customers with information on relevant products and services.
• Pass potential leads onto relevant colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a great team member.
• Achieve and exceed targets.
• Be confident and resilient, overcoming objections and selling services and products.
• Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Have a strong work ethic.
• Be flexible and have the ability to think on your feet.
