SEN Teaching Assistant and Youth Worker - Medway - Temp and Perm opportunities
Your new role
I am looking for experienced teaching assistants and youth workers to work in a Medway SEN School. The school I am recruiting for is a school for young people aged 5-18 with Autism, designed to give them a tailored education to allow their pupils to achieve the best of their ability.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be dedicated and innovative. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have to have great behaviour management skills and be genuinely passionate about their role. They will have experience working with children and young people.
