We are currently working with a market leading premium car dealership who are launching a new location in Kent.
Our client is keen to appoint a Parts Advisor will help maximise departmental profitability through the sale of parts and materials. Welcoming customers to the Parts Department and comply with correct Company procedures. Promoting the Parts facilities of the dealership to encourage repeat business for Sales & Aftersales.
Responsibilities:
Promote trade business
Record lost sales.
Ensure all outstanding debts are collected promptly.
Support Parts Manager / Supervisor
Improve the quality of customer service, in line with manufacturers CSI programs.
Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed.
Ensure customer parts are ordered and prompt contact is made on arrival of the said parts.
Create invoices / estimates in line with manufacturer pricing programs and take appropriate monies.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations in accordance with Company policy.
