Operations Administrator - West Malling - £18 - 20k
Our client is currently recruiting an Operations Administrator to join their current team in an office based in West Malling.
Main Duties:
* Supporting the Operations Manager on a daily basis
* Organising Engineers diaries
* Providing administration support
* Updating the CRM system accurately
* Reception duties
* Handling office procedures such as fire drills, health and safety and allocated parking
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Office
* Good numeracy skills with a logical and methodical approach
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
The ideal candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic and professional individual who has an eagerness to learn and excel within a busy office environment.
