Our team of Temporary Angels are relied upon to complete assignments at times of urgent need by many businesses in Dartford and the surrounding areas, including Gravesend, Greenhithe and Crayford. If you are a highly skilled Receptionist we have many roles available this spring!

As a Temporary Angel it is essential that you will be available to work at very short notice to respond to emergency bookings.

Our busiest Angels get booked up in advance too, so ideally you will also have confirmed availability for 3 months or more.

The main responsibilities as a Receptionist are:

* Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
* Directing telephone enquiries to the relevant team using a switchboard
* Distribution of incoming and sending outgoing post
* Setting up meeting rooms and organising lunch/refreshments
* General administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.
