Main Duties Include but not limited to
Stock Movement & Ordering
Minimum kitchen waste
Record skills & recipes
Report maintenance issues
Comply with all policies & procedures
Liaise with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to implant new menus
Supervise junior chefs or Commis chefs
To ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
Prepare ingredients
Follow the guidance of the head chef & Sous Chef
To optimize the cooking process with attention to speed & quality
Maintain a climate of smooth & friendly cooperation
To ensure all statuary regulations are adhered to
Flexible & willing to help the restaurant & kitchen at busy times
Carry out any other duties as required
