We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, reliable individual to take on this challenging role within the Organisational Development department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the team, as well as managing the day to day operation of Clever Nelly, our competency assessment system currently being used in Operations.
You should be highly organised and well-motivated and will be expected to provide effective and seamless administrative cover. This is a very varied role and duties will include; organising training events, ensuring records are kept up to date and that all staff have the required training for their role, undertaking adhoc projects/testing to support the team and working with suppliers.
Membership of the CIPD and experience of working in an Organisational Development, L&D or HR Department is desirable for this role, but proven administration skills are essential. We are looking for excellent communication skills and effective writing skills. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in projects that affect that the whole business.
The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week, working pattern to be negotiated.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a minimum of 25 days annual leave, a stakeholder pension scheme in which the maximum Company contribution is 10% and a life assurance scheme.
